Grief Glow is a supportive community for individuals navigating grief. These Terms of Service explain the guidelines for using the Website, its resources, programs, and services.
By accessing or using the Website, all users 18 years and older agree to these Terms. If these terms are not accepted, the Website and Services cannot be used.

Use of the Website
The Website is designed for support, connection, and community. Users agree to engage respectfully and lawfully. Content that harms the Website, other participants, or is illegal, abusive, or misleading is not permitted.
All use of the Website and Services is at the user's own risk.
Community and Chatroom Guidelines
The Website includes a chatroom powered by RumbleTalk. Messages and usernames are visible to all participants. Respectful engagement is expected at all times.
Any language that is harmful or threatening to others, or to oneself, may be reported to law enforcement.

Grief Glow reserves the right to remove content or suspend access to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Donations and Shop Purchases
Donations and merchandise purchases are processed securely through Squarespace Pay. Grief Glow does not store full payment details. Squarespace handles all payments securely according to industry standards. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated.
User Content
Users retain ownership of content shared on the Website, including stories, posts, or comments. By posting, users grant Grief Glow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share content in connection with the Website or programs.
Content must not violate others' rights, be abusive, defamatory, illegal, or contain harmful code. Grief Glow may remove content that violates these guidelines.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Website and Services are for community support purposes only. Grief Glow is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical, or legal advice.
The Website and Services are provided "as is." Grief Glow is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use of the Website, chatroom, or other services.
Indemnification
Users agree to hold Grief Glow and its team harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from violations of this Agreement or misuse of the Website or Services.
Security
Grief Glow uses reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping login and personal information safe.
Age Requirement
The Website and Services are open to all adults 18 years and older. Users under 18 may not provide personal information or participate in the community.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Pennsylvania courts.
Updates to Terms
Grief Glow may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Website. Continued use constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
